Amanda returned last night to host the Daily Mirror’s Animal Hero Awards – held in association with the RSPCA – for the fifth year running.

Joining Amanda for the heartwarming event at London’s Grosvenor House were other household names including John Cleese, Sir Patrick Stewart, Kym Marsh and Paul O’Grady.

Amanda loves these awards. The stories of the people who dedicate themselves to animal welfare, and the courage of the animals themselves, is absolutely inspirational to her.
